5. Google Integration

Twidget connects to Google services (such as Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms, Calendar, and Gmail) only when a user explicitly authorizes access through Google’s secure OAuth process.

Access:

Twidget accesses only the specific Google resources the user selects within the app — for example, a particular spreadsheet, calendar, form, or Gmail message. We never access, scan, or collect data from other Google accounts, emails, or files beyond those chosen by the user

Use:

Data is used solely to perform the user’s requested actions, such as creating, reading, updating, or deleting documents, spreadsheets, forms, calendar events, or emails. Twidget does not use Google data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any secondary purpose.

Storage:

Twidget stores only minimal information necessary to execute automations — such as file IDs, calendar IDs, or command configurations. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and transmitted over secure (TLS) connections. We do not store the content of Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail messages, or other private materials.

Sharing:

Twidget does not share, sell, or transfer Google user data to any third parties. Data is only transmitted between Twidget and Google’s APIs as required to complete the user’s requested action.

User Control:

Users can revoke Twidget’s access to their Google account at any time from their Google Account Permissions. Once revoked, Twidget can no longer access or use any Google data for that user.

6. Slack Integration

What Information We Access

When you connect Slack to Twidget, the app requests only the permissions necessary to perform the actions you configure inside your workflows. Depending on your configuration, Twidget may access:

• Basic user information (name, display name, and Slack user ID) to allow you to select users when sending direct messages or creating reminders.
• Public and private channel information you are a member of (channel names and IDs) so you can target specific channels for automated messages.
• Direct message channels required to send DMs you explicitly configure.
• Message content that Twidget generates only (messages you write in Twidget workflows).
• Channel creation details (e.g., channel name or privacy setting) when you choose to create a new Slack channel through Twidget.
• Reminder details (text and time) when you create a reminder via Twidget.

Twidget does not access or store any Slack message history, files, or private content.

How We Use the Information

Twidget uses Slack data only to perform the specific automated actions you configure, such as:

• sending channel messages
• sending direct messages
• creating channels
• scheduling reminders
• listing users or channels so you can select them in workflow steps

All actions originate from you and run only when executed in Twidget.

We never use Slack data for analytics, profiling, advertising, or any purpose outside of executing your Twidget workflows.

What We Store

Twidget stores only what is required for the Slack connection to function:

• your Slack OAuth tokens (encrypted)

Data retrieved from Slack (such as channel lists or user lists) is processed in memory and discarded immediately after use.

Sharing and Disclosure

Twidget does not share Slack data with any third parties.

Slack data is never sold, exported, or used for marketing or advertising.

We only share information when required by law or to comply with security investigations.

Data Deletion

At any time, you may remove Twidget from your Slack workspace, which immediately revokes all tokens and disconnects your account.

You may also request full deletion of all Slack-related data stored by Twidget, and we will permanently delete OAuth tokens and workspace identifiers associated with your Slack connection.

Security

All Slack tokens are stored encrypted using industry-standard encryption.

All communication between Twidget and Slack occurs over encrypted TLS connections.

7. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your personal information to trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform and delivering the Services. These third parties are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.

We may also disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests, such as subpoenas or court orders.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

9. Links to Third-Party Websites

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such websites.
