Welcome to Twidget.io, our SaaS platform ("Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Platform provided by Twidget.io ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Description of Services

Twidget.io provides a no-code API builder, managed database hosting, and a file manager tool ("Services"). These Services are available to you on a monthly subscription basis, subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

3. User Obligations

By using our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the Platform.

4. Payment and Refunds

Users are required to pay the monthly subscription fee in order to access and use the Platform. The subscription fee is non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unused periods of service. By subscribing to Twidget.io, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Twidget.io and its licensors. You shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform's content without obtaining prior written consent from Twidget.io.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Twidget.io be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Twidget.io's total liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription fee during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account and any data stored on the Platform may be permanently deleted.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

9. Changes to the Terms of Service
